How much notice do I need to give for a catering order?
We recommend to place your order at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability. Some items may be done within 24 hours, please call to inquire.
During the months of April, May, June, November & December more time may be required. In
order to ensure the highest level of quality and customer service we reserve the right to stop taking orders when we are fully booked on a particular date. Please be advised that December 24th is our busiest day of the year and we highly recommend that your order be in at least a week in advance.
In case of an unanticipated event such as a memorial, we will make an exception and will respond quickly to accommodate your needs.
How much food should I order for my event?
Our catering menu has listed tray sizes and number of people each tray feeds. We do understand that every event is unique, so please do not hesitate to give us a call at 781-942-0538 and we would be happy to help you customize your order.
When can I pickup my catering order?
Our pickup times are as follows:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Sunday 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
(All platters can be picked up hot and ready to eat or cold with reheating directions.)
Please be advised that we close promptly at our posted times. All orders must be reserved with a credit card. Any order not picked up within our designated times will be charged their full amount.
Saturday pickup hours can be extended for orders of $1000 or more.
Pickup times during our busier months (April, May, June, November, December) may be extended to accommodate a larger volume of business.
What are your delivery & setup charges?
There is no minimum amount to spend for your order to be delivered. Delivery charges are based on the specific setup needs, time of day and day of the week of your event and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
YES! We pride ourselves on being sensitive to allergies, we take them very seriously. Please let us know of your dietary restrictions and we will be happy to accommodate.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Orders MUST be canceled within 24 hours of the event to avoid being charged the full amount. This charge is to cover foods that cannot be used, labor, rental goods, and jobs we may have declined in order to accommodate your event.
